Locally caught by the Lake Superior Fish Company, Lake Trout smoked in-house. Served with wild rice, cheddar cheese, field greens, & Roma tomatoes. Wrapped in a garlic herb tortilla with a side of house-made smoked dressing, served with choice of side.
